The Kings Head at Collingham is on the main road and has been thoughtfully modernised in a Bistro style with polished wood floors and modern art adorning the plaiin walls and is reputation for fine food at reasonable prices is well deserved, although the vegetarian choice could be extended. Good and friendly service. When lasted visited, real ales included Hook Norton and John Smith's.

Party of 5, and we all had a delicious main course, and a dessert. Although the mains were delicious the puddings were a disappointment, meringues weren't chewy also stodgy pies. Service and ambience excellent. Overall recommend.

A good a la carte and varied regularly. Daily specials reflect seasonal availability. Good range of wines and champagne by the glass
