The Brownlow Arms at High Marnham is a very pleasant pub with good food and beers close to the River Trent and High Marnham power station. The pub has a useful patio area in front of the pub with childrens play area by the side.

Malcolm and Fiona are brilliant managers, I stayed in a caravan while I was working in High Marnham, brilliant atmosphere wonderful food and friendly staff - thank god they sorted the electric out!!

went for Sunday lunch, beef overcooked, vegetables overcooked and soggy, mashed potatoes horrible no, milk cream or butter added, yorkshire puddings cold, only one roast potato, plates cold, not worth the travel out and certainly not worth the money, smoking in the bar which came into the food area, not good for familes. Husband says beer was very good, especialy Taylors Landlord

Consistently excellent food at an affordable price. Atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful both inside and outside.
