The comfortable 17th century Lathkil Hotel at Over Haddon has superb views over Lathkill Dale nature reserve. It was originally known as the Miners Arms and there has been a pub on the site for hundreds of years. Good value, home cooked bar food and reasonable range of real ales. There is a family dining area, open lunchtimes. Can be busy in the summer. Walkers welcome.
